We, Unfolding

Co-founders Christine Schwan and Candice Coke have lived full, complex, beautiful lives, long before Vesara was born.

Christine moved through California’s creative underground with open eyes and a full heart. Music. Hospitality. Long days. Wild nights. But underneath the rhythm and noise was always a quieter beat, an intention to build something sacred. A life of depth. Of meaning.

Becoming a mother at 44 cracked her open even further. The joy was real but so was the isolation. Amid all the dreamy language of pregnancy, she longed for something more honest. A voice that said: You’re not alone. She didn’t find it, so she became it.

Candice had built her life on movement. As a successful actress and dancer, her body was her home and her tool. But when a spinal injury fractured the path of her dance career, her body asked her to listen differently.

A cascade of challenges followed, hormonal imbalance, deep fatigue, a hysterectomy, and still, she stayed with herself. She kept moving, kept feeling, kept finding new ways to heal. Nature, mindfulness, self-trust, meditation became her medicine.

Throughout it all, Christine and Candice held space for each other. Through text messages and tears, through laughter and long walks. They were each other’s mirror. Their tether. Their reminder:

You are still you, even when everything is changing.

Vesara was born from that space.

Not a business plan. A lifeline.

 Not a brand. A becoming.

This is a sanctuary. For the redefined men and women, seekers, parents, feelers, thinkers, the quiet rebels. For anyone who feels the earth shifting beneath them or simply needs a reminder of who they are when the world gets too loud.

We’re not here to fix you.

We’re here to sit with you.

This is not about perfection.

 It’s about presence.

Welcome to Vesara.

Come as you are. Stay as long as you need.
